Job Role
  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Track and assess progress to ensure all children reach their potential
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management and create a safe, positive learning space
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
Required Skills and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
  • Experience as a Nursery Teacher, Early Years Teacher, Class Teacher, or EYFS Teacher
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • A passion for fostering curiosity and a love of learning in young children


Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £168.80 to £232.57 per day, which equates to £32,916  to £45,351.15 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience

This position is based in Walsall, easily commutable from Bloxwich, Willenhall, Darlaston, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, and Brownhills. The Primary School benefits from strong transport links and offers onsite parking.
