As a Nursery Teacher, you will join a dedicated Early Years team that is passionate about delivering engaging and child-centred learning opportunities. You will play a vital role in fostering children's development through creative and stimulating activities that inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Job Role
  • Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Track and assess progress to ensure all children reach their potential
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management and create a safe, positive learning space
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
Required Skills and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
  • Experience as a Nursery Teacher, Early Years Teacher, Class Teacher, or EYFS Teacher
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • A passion for fostering curiosity and a love of learning in young children

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £168.80 to £232.57 per day, which equates to £32,916  to £45,351.15 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience
