Nursery Teaching Assistant

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Nursery setting in Quinton. This role is to start as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team where you will play a key role in supporting children during a crucial stage of their development.

The Role:

  • Supporting children within the Nursery setting

  • Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play

  • Promoting a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

  • Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team

  • Observing and tracking children’s progress

To Apply, You Must Have:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

  • Experience working within a Nursery or Early Years setting

  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for supporting young children’s development
