Search jobsFlourish Education are currently working with a school in South Birmingham who are Recruiting for a Pastoral Manager from September 2021. Our client is a multicultural school which provides an environment where students feel safe and can succeed to their maximum potential.
Duties of a Pastoral Manager will involve resolving relationship issues between students, monitoring attendance and behaviour, contact parents on a regular basis regarding behaviour or attendance and to contribute to pastoral support plans working in a variety of contexts to support students daily.
This Pastoral Manager position is full time and is set to start in September 2021 on a rolling basis
To apply to this Pastoral Manager role, you will need the following
Experience working in a pastoral setting in a school
Strong Behaviour Management
Qualified Teacher Status is essential
Responsibilities as a Pastoral Manager
Working in a variety of contexts to support students
Be able to cover lessons when required
Attending meetings and liaising with parents
