Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Teacher or HLTA to deliver Year 5 and Year 6 booster groups and intervention sessions at a Primary School in King’s Norton. This role is to start immediately and will continue until the end of the academic year, ideally on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for delivering targeted booster and intervention sessions to support pupils in Upper Key Stage 2, helping to close gaps in learning and build confidence ahead of transition and end of year expectations. There may also be an element of PPA cover required as part of the role.

Responsibilities as a Teacher / HLTA:
· Delivering Year 5 and Year 6 booster and intervention sessions
· Supporting pupils in English and Maths
· Providing PPA cover when required
· Creating an engaging and supportive learning environment
· Working closely with staff to monitor pupil progress
· Following the school’s policies and procedures
Required Skills and Experience:
· Qualified Teacher Status or HLTA status
· Experience working in Upper Key Stage 2
· Experience delivering interventions and booster sessions
· Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
· Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
· Commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment
