Job Description

Flourish Education are seeking a PPA Teacher to work on a part-time basis across Key stages at a First School in Bromsgrove . This PPA Teacher role will involve covering lessons from Reception up to Year 4, providing release time for class teachers.

Starting in January on a long-term basis, this is ideal for a Teacher who enjoys a varied timetable without planning or assessment responsibilities. This opportunity suits those seeking a better work-life balance while still making an impact in the classroom.

Requirements for this PPA Teaching role:

  • Covering lessons across Reception to Year 4
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning
  • Ensuring positive classroom behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting children in line with the National Curriculum and EYFS
  • Feeding back to class teachers where required


Required Skills and Experience for a PPA Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply
  • Experience teaching in UK First or Primary Schools
  • Strong understanding of EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Lower Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Flexibility to work across different year groups as a PPA Teacher
  • Confident behaviour management and classroom presence
  • Passionate and committed to delivering high-quality teaching as a Teacher


Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
