Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a PPA Teacher to provide part-time cover a Primary Schools in Droitwich Spa. The PPA Teacher will cover EYFS - KS2 classes on a long-term basis from January, delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting learning across a variety of year groups. This role offers flexibility and variety—perfect for a Primary Teacher looking to enjoy the classroom without the pressures of planning and marking.

 
Job Role for this PPA cover Teacher:
Covering lessons across Early Years to Year 6
Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across different schools
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Supporting a wide range of pupils in line with the National Curriculum
Communicating with class teachers to ensure smooth transitions
 
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
Previous experience teaching in UK Primary School settings
Confident delivering across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Adaptability to work across multiple schools as a PPA Teacher
Excellent behaviour management skills and a proactive attitude
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and safeguarding practices
 
Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
