Are you a flexible Teacher, looking for the perfect part-time role within a Primary setting?

Flourish Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time PPA Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Dudley.

In this PPA Teacher role, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across the school, with no planning required. You will mark pupils’ work in line with the school’s policies, maintain high expectations for behaviour, and work collaboratively with class Teaching Assistants to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

This is a long-term position, working four days per week as a PPA Teacher, starting in February and continuing until the end of the academic year. The role involves providing PPA cover across Key Stages 1 and 2, so the ideal candidate will be confident teaching in both phases, adaptable, and proactive in their approach.

To apply for this PPA Teacher role, you will need:
  • Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer
  • A minimum of 2 references from the last 24 months from an educational background
