PPA Teacher

Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting a PPA Teacher for a primary school located in the Evesham area. The PPA teacher will begin in September and will run until the end of the academic year.

Our client is a 1-form entry mainstream primary school that has recently attained “Good” in their recent Ofsted inspection. The school is in Evesham with the school being accessible by public transport.

The suitable candidate will be expected to cover PPA across all primary year groups. This is a full time position and you must be committed to a long-term post.

The PPA Teacher role

  • Responsibilities will include making lessons engaging, marking all completed work, and raising attainment.
  • Managing behaviours for all year groups.
  • Commitment to a long-term role.

Required Skills and Experience for this PPA Teacher Role:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECT) are encouraged to apply.
  • The ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Effectively manage the behaviour of pupils
  • Deliver pre planned lessons.
  • Experience across KS1 –KS2
  • Raise children’s attainment.
  • Being flexible when required
