This role will be in a 1 form entry school, which will start in September for 3 days a week. Working across years Reception to Year 6.

This PPA Teacher role will include:

  • Provide classroom support during PPA cover across all year groups.
  • Assist in the delivery of the National Curriculum.
  • Work closely with teachers to support Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils.
  • Engage with children in Reception and EYFS settings.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Undertake various TA responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Experience for this Year 1 Teacher role:

  • Previous UK school experience is essential.
  • Experience supporting the National Curriculum.
  • Familiarity with Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Ability to work with Reception and EYFS pupils.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining a work-life balance.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in childcare or equivalent.

Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:

  • £120 to £150 day rate which equates to £23,400 to £29,250 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
