Are you a dedicated PPA Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a GOOD-rated Primary School? This role offers a unique chance to work with a supportive staff. As a PPA Teacher, you'll enjoy the variety and flexibility of covering different classes while making a significant impact on students' learning.
This is a part-time, PPA cover role 1 day a week and will be to cover a year 3 class, and to cover an additional session in another year group. You will be delivering pre-planned lessons as well as marking and providing feedback. This role is starting in September and will continue until December and is potentially ongoing until the end of the academic year.
This PPA Teacher Role:
- Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
- Covering classes across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Reception.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons to children across the primary age range
- Ensuring excellent behaviour management
- Collaborating with colleagues to support student progress
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT) status is also welcomed
- Experience in Primary School settings
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Ability to teach across KS1, KS2, Reception, and EYFS
