Flourish Education are recruiting for a PPA Teacher to work in a small, ‘Good’ rated Primary School in Quinton. This school is a faith school who hold values of working together with the love of Christ.
Our client is seeking a PPA Teacher for a 1-day a week, Wednesdays only role, starting ASAP and continuing until December, potentially ongoing until the end of the school year. The role would be covering Year 1 in the mornings, Year 5/6 in the afternoons on alternating weeks.
As this is a PPA cover role planning would not be required.
The responsibilities of this PPA Teacher Role include:
- To Cover lessons across KS1 and KS2 in a Primary School
- Work collaboratively with the school's team to ensure continuity of learning
- Deliver pre-planned lessons that align with the National Curriculum
- Maintain excellent behaviour management and promote positive learning environments
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Previous experience as a Primary Teacher or Class Teacher in the UK
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively across different year groups
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
