Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a part-time PPA Teacher opportunity? Flourish Education are working with a primary school located in Rubery Rednal, Birmingham that want to appoint a teacher 3 days a week to cover PPA. This role is starting immediately and continuing until the end of the academic year.
As a PPA Teacher, you will be based across Key Stage 2 classes and will not be expected to plan lessons, but you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and mark students’ work in line with each school’s policy.

Responsibilities of a PPA Teacher include:
- Delivering pre planned lessons
- Marking students work
- Maintaining high expectations of the student’s behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a UK Primary School
- Proven track record of effective behaviour management and classroom discipline
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and group needs
Working as a PPA Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
