Flourish Education are recruiting for a PPA Teacher! We are recruiting for a PPA Teacher  to join our team, to work in a Primary School in the centre of Walsall.

As a PPA Teacher, you will not be expected to plan lessons, but you will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and mark students’ work in line with each school’s policy. You will have high expectations of the student’s behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment.

This role is Monday – Friday, 8.15-4.30pm and you will be working across the school from Nursery – Year 6

To apply for this PPA Teacher role, you will need:

  • Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to the role
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement
