You’ll be providing valuable support to schools while gaining experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, making this role ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are keen to broaden their classroom practice.
Job Role:
  • Delivering engaging PPA cover across the primary age range
  • Teaching in line with the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
  • Following lesson plans set by the Class Teacher
  • Providing feedback on pupil progress to school staff
  • Ensuring safeguarding and inclusion are at the heart of your teaching
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience as a PPA Teacher, Class Teacher, Primary Teacher, or Supply Teacher
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, including Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Confident delivering PPA cover to classes across the Primary School age range
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality teaching
