Flourish Education are recruiting a flexible and hardworking Primary Supply Teacher to join our team, to work in a variety of Primary schools on a day-to-day supply basis in and around Warwick.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, working with Flourish will give you the opportunity to work the days that you want and at schools you want to work in. Working at Flourish will give you great flexibility and a better work/life balance.

You will, however, be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively and mark students’ work in line with each school’s policy. You will have high expectations of the student’s behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment.

To apply for this Primary Supply Teacher role, you will need:

  • Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • Build effective relationship with pupils and staff.
  • Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class.

  • Competitive salary of £130 - £160 per day which equates to £25,350-£31,200 per annum based on working 5 days per week.

This Primary Teacher role is based near Warwick, Leamington Spa, Budbrooke, Henley in Arden, Kenilworth, Cubbington. Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Wellesbourne and Redditch.
