Primary Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Primary Teacher to work with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Primary school in Solihull to join their support staff team on a long-term basis. This Primary school adopt a warm/strict approach to establish calm, purpose and order.

Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Nursery class who has a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons / activities and monitor students’ progress. 

This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking. PPA time will be given.

This Early Years Teacher role is to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year. It also has potential to continue to next academic year too. The position is full time, 8am-4pm.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience in EYFS
• Commitment to the role
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• Plan and deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
• Raise children’s attainment
• Create a positive learning environment
• Effectively work alongside teaching assistants and other members of staff

• £162.31 day rate to £223.63 day rate which equates to £31,650 per annum to £43,607 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This Early Years Teacher (EYFS Teacher) opportunity is located in Solihull which is easily commutable from areas such as Tyseley, Marston Green, Coleshill, Moseley, Kings Norton, Chelmsley Wood and most areas of Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire via car, bus and train. The school has an on-site car park.
