Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a small school near Coleshill. The school has been rated “good” by OFSTED and all pupils are encouraged to strive to be the best versions of themselves.
The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work within KS2 on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will have an in-depth knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and excellent behaviour management skills.
This Primary Teacher role will include full class teaching responsibilities including planning, preparing lessons and marking work. You will have high expectations of the student’s behaviour, work alongside the class Teaching Assistant and create a positive learning environment.
This KS2 Primary Teacher role is due to start in September and continue for the full academic year.

- Experience in teaching KS2.
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
- Build effective relationship with pupils, staff and parents
- To work alongside support staff to ensure that all the needs of the pupils are met.
- This school is in a rural location, with limited transport links, driving would be required for this role.
