Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 5, KS2 class in a local partnership Primary School in Halesowen. This school is a large Primary school and is ‘good’ rated.

Our client is looking for a Primary Teacher to work within a Year 5, KS2 class on a long-term, full-time basis. This role would be to work as a full class teacher, as this is a larger form entry school, planning responsibility would be shared, you will also be expected to prepare resources and mark, as well as carrying out any assessments. You would have access to a teaching assistant who can support within the classroom.

This role would be starting after September and would continue until the end of the academic year.

Working as a Primary Teacher you will need:

  • To hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS – Qualified Teaching Status)
  • Experience working in Key Stage 2 (Preferred if you have year 5 experience)
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with SEND.
  • Confident Behavioural Management/Classroom Management skills.
  • To work in partnership with the Teaching assistant within the classroom.

This Primary Teacher role is based in Halesowen, Birmingham which is easily accessible from Quinton, Cradley Heath, Bartley Green, Stourbridge, Hagley, Brierley Hill and Rowley Regis. Onsite parking is available, but the school is easily accessed via Public Transport.
