Flourish Education are recruiting a Primary Teacher to work at an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ school located near Harborne, Birmingham. The school boasts a small and friendly atmosphere where everyone works together to ensure that students develop personally and receive an excellent education.

The school require a teacher to join their Key Stage 2 staff team to teach in Year 5 on a part time basis. Responsibilities will include elements of planning and preparing lessons, assessments, and attending CPD and necessary meetings.

It is important that the successful candidate has good classroom management skills and a sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.

This Primary Teacher opportunity is a part-time role (3 days a week), starting after Easter and is to continue until the end of the academic year.

Working as a Primary Teacher you will need:

  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications (QTS – Qualified Teaching Status)
  • Experience working in Key Stage 2
  • Confident behaviour and classroom management skills
  • To have good communication with the class Teaching Assistant.
