The responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

  • Delivering engaging lessons as a Teacher across Primary Schools.
  • Teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years (EYFS).
  • Planning, marking, and assessing pupil progress where applicable.
  • Managing classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment.
  • Supporting pupils’ individual learning needs and providing feedback to parents and staff.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Experience teaching within the National Curriculum across KS1, KS2, or EYFS.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
