Flourish Education are recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work full-time as a Class Teacher at a school in Kings Norton starting September 2025 and continuing for the full academic year.
The school require a Class Teacher for a Year 2 class and responsibilities will include planning, marking, assessment and contributing to wider school life.

Responsibilities as a Class Teacher will include:
- Full class teacher responsibilities for Year 2 class
- Deliver engaging and inclusive Key Stage 1 (KS1) lessons
- Assess, track and report on pupil progress in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes resilience and academic growth
- Uphold the school’s values of being Ready, Responsible and Respectful
- Work collaboratively with staff and wider trust colleagues
Required Skills and Experience as a Class Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience Teaching in Key Stage 1
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences
