Job Description

Flourish Education are currently recruiting a Primary Teacher to work within an OFSTED rated ‘good’ school in Nuneaton. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to work within a year 1 class on a full-time basis.

As a KS1 Primary Teacher at our clients school you will be expected to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons, work alongside the Teaching Assistant, safeguard all students, mark student’s work in line with the school policy, attend staff meetings, take part in the playground duty rota, and create a positive learning environment.

This Primary Teacher role is due to start in September at the start of the next academic year.

Required skills and experience for this Primary Teacher Role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Primary curriculum
  • High expectations of pupil behaviour
  • The ability to plan and deliver lessons across different year groups.
  • To be able to work in partnership with class TA and other staff members.
  • To create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
