As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Providing engaging and effective teaching across Primary School year groups.
  • Maintaining a positive learning environment in Reception, KS1, and KS2 classes.
  • Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Supporting the needs of pupils of varying abilities.
  • Adapting quickly to different Class Teacher roles within various schools.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) certification.
  • Proven knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Experience teaching in Primary Schools, especially in KS1 and KS2.
  • A passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work as a Supply Teacher in different environments.
