Are you a Primary Teacher seeking more work-life balance?

Flourish Education is working closely with primary schools across Henley-in-Arden and are looking for a reliable, flexible primary teacher to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We offer flexible day-to-day teaching roles to suit your availability, starting immediately continuing until July 2027.
As this is a day-to-day Primary Teacher, you will not be expected to plan lessons; however, you will be expected to:
  • Create a positive learning environment.
  • Work alongside the Teaching Assistant.
  • Effectively manage pupils' behaviour.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in an engaging and creative way.
To apply for this Primary Teacher role, you will need:
  • Experience teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • A strong school reference from your most recent employer.
  • Recent UK school experience.

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education also offers excellent benefits, including:
  • Pay: £130 day rate to £180 day rate which equates to £25,350 per annum to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)
  • Holiday pay – for PAYE candidates, 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot.

You will be working in various primary schools across Henley-in-Arden, which is accessible from Wootton Wawen, Lapworth, Tanworth-in-Arden and Bearley. Most schools offer on-site parking.
