Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Reception Teacher to join a Primary School in the Harborne area. This position is a full time Reception Class Teacher role that is expected to start immediately to continue until July 2026.

The school is seeking a confident Primary Teacher who can teach engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This role is ideal for an experienced Primary Teacher with excellent behaviour management and a good understanding of EYFS .

The required skills and experience for this  Teacher role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher or EYFS Class Teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Confident teaching in EYFS
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Working as a Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £130 to £160 per day which equates to £31,200 to 39,000 per annum based on working a full school year, depending on experience.

This position is in Harborne, with excellent transport links across Birmingham easily commutable from Quinton, Halesowen, Bearwood, Bartley Green, Edgbaston, and Selly Oak. The school is well connected by public transport and offers onsite parking.
