Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a new position?
Flourish Education are recruiting for a primary teacher to work in a Reception class, in a 1-form entry Primary school based in Cannock.

Our client is looking to recruit a Reception Teacher to work on a full-time and long-term basis from April 2026 for the rest of the academic year until July 2026.

You will be expected but not limited to plan, assess, and mark students work in line with the school policy, deliver engaging and creative lessons and work alongside the teaching assistant but you will not be required to attend staff meetings.

ECT’s are encouraged to apply as well as experienced Teachers. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 16:30pm. 

Required skills and experience for this Primary Reception Teacher role:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Confident in leading a classroom of children.
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management.
  • To be able to work effectively with the Teaching Assistant.
