Are you a passionate Reception Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity?

Flourish Education is working with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated 'Good' two-form entry primary school in Coventry that is seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach within a supportive Early Years team, creating engaging learning experiences that help children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning. The role starts in September 2026 and runs until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent from the following September.

As a Reception Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, deliver and assess engaging EYFS lessons
  • Work closely with the Teaching Assistant to support pupil progress
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Mark work in line with school policy
  • Safeguard pupils and attend meetings where required

To be considered, you'll need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching EYFS or Key Stage 1
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching
  • A recent school reference

Location
This role is based in Coventry and is easily commutable from Bedworth, Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby and the surrounding areas. The school offers excellent transport links and onsite parking.
