Are you a passionate Primary Teacher ready for your next opportunity in the Early Years? We’re recruiting a Reception Teacher to join a supportive, Ofsted-rated GOOD Primary School in Hereford. Starting this September, this full-time position offers the chance to join a thriving Early Years team with a strong focus on pupil development and wellbeing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and committed teacher who thrives in the Reception environment and is looking to make a lasting impact at the start of pupils learning journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Taking full class responsibility, including planning, teaching and marking
  • Delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS and early transition into KS1
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, keeping accurate and detailed records
  • Working closely with parents, carers, and SLT to support every child
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom that supports early learning
  • Promoting positive behaviour and social development in line with school policy

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Recent experience teaching in Early Years or Primary settings
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and National Curriculum
  • Confident managing full class responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A warm, inclusive approach with a passion for early childhood education
  • Experience with KS1 or KS2 is a bonus, but not essential
