Flourish Education are recruiting for a Reception Teacher to join a Primary School in the Leamington Spa area. This is a full-time Reception Class Teacher position, starting in September and continuing until July 2027 on a long term basis.

The school is seeking a confident Reception Teacher who can plan engaging lessons that meet the expectations of the National Curriculum. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Teacher with excellent behaviour management and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

The required skills and experience for this Reception Teacher role:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience as a Primary Teacher or EYFS Class Teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Confident teaching within EYFS
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Knowledge and experience of the Little Wandle phonics scheme
Working as a Reception Teacher for Flourish Education offers you excellent benefits, including:
  • £168.80 to £232.57 per day which equates to £32,916 to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience.
