Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher looking for your next role in a supportive and dynamic Primary School? Flourish Education is working with an Ofsted-rated "Good" school in Worcester, offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Reception Teacher to join their vibrant team. This position involves full class teaching responsibilities with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and offers a competitive daily rate based on your experience.

As a Reception Teacher, you will be working with a diverse group of children, planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, while maintaining excellent standards of behaviour management. This role is perfect for an experienced Primary Teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a supportive environment to grow their career. 

This role is due to start in January on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

  • Full class teaching responsibilities for a Reception class, including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the National Curriculum (EYFS, Key Stage 1)
  • Provide a nurturing and supportive classroom environment to encourage positive learning behaviours
  • Track pupil progress and report regularly to senior leadership
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to enhance the learning experience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Early Career Teacher (ECT) or experienced Class Teacher welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passionate about supporting the development of young children in the early stages of their education
  • Previous experience as a Primary Teacher or Reception Teacher is desirable
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Working as a Reception Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
