Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a School Administrator to work across Primary schools in Coventry on a long-term basis.

Our clients require School Administrators to support in the front office and are looking for someone who can provide effective general receptionist duties. The ideal School Administrator would be someone with previous experience of working in a school, have strong IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office and the knowledge and experience of using a variety of systems such as SIMS, Bromcom and Arbor.

This school administrator role is due to start in September, working Monday-Friday 08.30-15.30 across a number of schools in Coventry.

Required Skills and Experience for this School Administrator role:

  • Previous experience working in an administrator or receptionist role within a school
  • Strong IT Skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office
  • A clear understanding of school data systems, school policies and procedures
  • A clear understanding of the principles of Data Protection
  • Experience using Bromcom, SIMS and Arbor is desirable.

Working for Flourish Education as a School Administrator you will receive:

  • Competitive salary - Day rate up to £110.00 which equates to an annual salary of     £21,450 per annum, based on working 5 days per week.

The Primary school roles are based across Coventry, which is easily accessible from areas such as Holbrooks, Daimler Green, Edgwick, Allesley, Finham, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Exhall, Bulkington, Binley, Balsall Common, Meriden, Tile Hill and Willenhall.
