Flourish Education are seeking a School Office Administrator to join a local partnership primary school in Kings Heath. As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, making this role essential in creating a welcoming environment. This is an opportunity to work in an OFSTED rated GOOD school with a supportive team and excellent facilities.

This School Office Administrator role would be a long-term, full-time role, starting in September and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The responsibilities of this School Office Administrator Role:

  • Meeting and greeting parents and visitors
  • Fielding phone calls and emails
  • Managing school records using the SIMS or CMIS systems
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and school events
  • Maintaining a well-organized office environment
  • Supporting the senior leadership team with daily administrative duties

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a School Office Administrator in a UK primary school is essential
  • Proficiency in SIMS and CMIS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain a work-life balance while meeting school demands
