Flourish Education are recruiting for a School Office Administrator to work in a Primary School in Kingswinford. This school is a small faith school, who value a supportive staff team.

Our client is seeking a School Office Administrator to start in September and continue for the full autumn term and is potentially ongoing. This role is a part-time role, 8:30am – 12:30pm on Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 3:30pm on Friday.

The Responsibilities of this School Office Administrator Role:

  • Meeting and greeting parents, staff, and visitors
  • Fielding phone calls and emails with professionalism
  • Managing school administrative tasks efficiently
  • Maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment
  • Supporting the school’s daily operations with a proactive approach

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator in a UK school
  • Proficiency in the SIMS or CMIS systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy office environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive work-life balance
