In-demand Science Teacher roles are available now for passionate educators! Flourish Education is recruiting a flexible Science Teacher to work as a Supply Teacher on either a long-term or day-to-day basis across well-regarded Secondary School settings in Willenhall and the surrounding area.

This role offers the chance to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics while choosing when and where you work, giving you complete control over your diary. Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time or ad-hoc days, we work around you to ensure a great work life balance in an OFSTED-rated GOOD school.
Job Role
  • Deliver engaging Biology, Chemistry and Physics lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Follow the National Curriculum and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management within the classroom
  • Assess and track pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback
  • Build positive relationships with staff and pupils within the Secondary School
  • Work confidently as a Supply Teacher across a range of science classes
Required Skills and Experience
  • Science Teacher, Biology Teacher, Chemistry Teacher, Physics Teacher, Science ECT, Secondary Science Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Supply Teacher
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Excellent subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Confident delivering to KS3 and KS4
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire pupil progress

Location
This Science Teacher position is based in Willenhall, easily commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Bloxwich, Wednesfield, Dudley, Bilston and surrounding areas. The Secondary School is well-connected by public transport and offers accessible routes from most areas of the Black Country and West Midlands.
