We are working with a small inclusive and supportive SEND School dedicated to providing outstanding education for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

The small class sizes and nurturing environment enable tailored learning to suit each pupil’s individual needs, helping them to achieve their full potential – academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Maths Teacher for September on a temp-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities as a SEND Maths Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons adapted to individual learning needs.

  • Develop personalised learning plans and track student progress.

  • Create a positive, supportive classroom environment.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals.

  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider school community.

Required skills and experience for this role

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching Maths at KS3/KS4 level (SEND experience is essential).

  • A genuine passion for working with students with SEND.

  • Patience, creativity, and a flexible approach.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working as a SEND Maths Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including;

  • £160 to £245 per day which equates to to £31,200 or £47,775 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This position is based near Bilston, easily commutable from Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Willenhall, Dudley, Great Barr, Rushall, and Aldrige
