Job Description

Flourish Education are recruiting a SEN Teacher to work at a mainstream primary school in the Erdington area. This is a permanent role full-time working across 2 schools based in Edgbaston spending 2.5 days each in each school. The schools both embrace a supportive ethos of ambition and high achievement for all.  The leadership team within the schools are enthusiastic about education and committed to supporting and developing colleagues.

The schools are seeking a teacher with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) background to teach a small group of children of mixed age across KS1-KS2. This is a class-based role and the successful candidate will be required to teach from the national curriculum. The successful candidate will work closely with the school SENDCo.

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour

The schools are based in Erdington which is easily accessible for candidates based in Kingstanding, Sutton Coldfield, Aston and Great Barr.
