Job Description

Flourish Education are looking to recruit an Early years Teacher to work in an Independent SEN school located near Rugby. The school specialises in supporting children with SEND including those with Autism and speech and language communication needs

The school is looking to appoint a long-term Early Years Teacher to provide support to the children. The children have a range of needs but not limited to Autism, ADHD, complex needs, behavioural and learning difficulties.

Our client is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teacher to work in their school on an ongoing full-time basis starting in September until July.

To apply for this Early Years Teacher role, you will need:

  • Experience in teaching within a primary school
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • Build effective relationship with pupils and staff.
  • Ability to liaise with Class teachers, SENDco and other agencies to meet the needs of the children.

  • A competitive salary of £153.85-£210.88 per day which equates to £30,000-£41,333 per annum based on working 5 day a week for the full school year.

This Early Years Teacher role is based near Rugby and easily accessible from Lutterworth, Crick, Daventry, Bilton, Kilsby, Long lawford, Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa and Dunchurch
