Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to a First School in Bromsgrove on a full-time basis in September long term.

This a long-term role for a First School Teaching Assistant (TA) full time which will start in September. The school are looking for candidates who are willing to commit to a long-term position to ensure consistency for the 1-2-1 child.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant to work within Reception Early Years (EYFS). This will be a 1-2-1 SEN Teaching Assistant Role, for Global Delay (Working below age expected level)

Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teaching Assistant role:

  • Minium Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a UK Primary School
  • Committed to long term role
  • Knowledge of the early years (EYFS) curriculum
  • SEN experience is advantageous

Working for Flourish Education as a SEN Teaching Assistant you will receive:

  • Up to £95 per day which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
  • Up to £100 welcome to the team bonus

  • Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate

The Position is in Bromsgrove, which is easy to commute from Droitwich, Worcester, Studley, Redditch via car, bus and trains. The school offers onsite parking.
