Are you a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new role in a GOOD Ofsted-rated school? Our Primary School in Droitwich is seeking an enthusiastic SEN TA to join our supportive team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a school renowned for its inclusive environment and commitment to excellence. This role is starting in September until Christmas, they are offering a full or part time role.

This will be in a Catholic Primary School, working in KS2 Year 3 to Year 6. You will be working with several children who need 1:1 in groups.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role will include:

  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering the National Curriculum to Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) students.
  • Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with SEN students to enhance their educational experience.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils during school hours.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:

  • Previous UK school experience is essential.
  • Experience working with the National Curriculum.
  • Familiarity with Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) curricula.
  • Relevant qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3.
  • Strong understanding of SEN support strategies.
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Working as a Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
