Are you a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new role in a GOOD Ofsted-rated school? Our Primary School in Droitwich is seeking an enthusiastic SEN TA to join our supportive team.

This will be in a Catholic Primary School, working in KS2 Year 3 to Year 6. You will be working with several children who need 1:1 in groups.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role will include:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering the National Curriculum to Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) students.
- Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with SEN students to enhance their educational experience.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils during school hours.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
- Previous UK school experience is essential.
- Experience working with the National Curriculum.
- Familiarity with Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) curricula.
- Relevant qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3.
- Strong understanding of SEN support strategies.
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
