Flourish Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School located near Stratford-upon-Avon. The school is a tight community and wants to develop motivated, engaged and happy children. Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their staffing team.

The school is looking for a long-term SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team to provide support to children across KS1 with SEN. The children have a range of needs including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.

Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a full-time basis.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:

  • Minimum Level 2 Qualification
  • UK school experience
  • Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other Senior leaders to meet the needs of the pupils.
  • Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN.
  • Experience within primary schools.
  • Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
  • Deliver interventions

Working as a SEND Teaching Assistant for SEND Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:

  • A competitive salary of £85.02-£95 per day which equates to £16,578.9 - £18,525 based on working 5 day a week for the full school year.
