Are you a dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a full-time role in a supportive Primary School? Flourish Education are working with a local school in Pelsall that want to appoint a teacher on a permanent basis to work within their new SRP. This position is starting ASAP and will start as a temporary role and then turn into a temp to perm for September 2025.

As a SEND Teacher you will be expected to:

  • Plan and deliver engagement lessons to children from Nursery up to Year 2.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
  • Work closely with support staff, SENCO and outside agencies to provide an inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience teaching students with SEND in a Resource Base or SEND School
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to differentiate lessons for pupils with additional needs.

Working as a SEND Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including:
