SEND Teacher

We are currently recruiting multiple dedicated SEND Teachers to work across a range of schools, offering both day-to-day supply and long-term opportunities.

At Flourish Education, we are working in partnership with several local schools across Wolverhampton who are looking to appoint SEND Teachers on a temporary basis within their SEND Hubs. These roles are available immediately and, for long-term placements, are expected to continue through to July 2026.

As a SEND Teacher you will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engagement lessons to children in Key Stage 2.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Work closely with support staff, SENCO and outside agencies to provide an inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.

• Experience teaching students with SEND in a Resource Base or SEND School
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to differentiate lessons for pupils with additional needs.

• £168.80 to £232.57 per day which equates to £32,916 to £45,351.15 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

This SEND Teacher position is based in Wolverhampton, with easy access from Bilston, Wednesfield, Codsall, Tettenhall, and Willenhall. The school offers onsite parking and benefits from excellent public transport links.
