Flourish Education are looking to recruit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a 2-form local Primary School near Stratford-upon-Avon across KS1. The school actively promotes a community feel and children to promote learning.
The school is looking to appoint a long term SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team and support children with SEN in their Provision. The children have a range of complex needs including Autism, ADHD, Global Delay and behavioural difficulties.
Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a full-time basis.
Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:
- Minimum Level 2 Qualification
- UK school experience
- Ability to liaise with the class teacher
- Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
- Experience supporting children with SEN.
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
- Experience working in an alternative provision.
