Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school near Meriden. This role is perfect for a dedicated TA who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and ensuring they thrive in a nurturing learning environment.
This role is a part time position supporting a child 1:1 in Year 5 with Autism, this role is 3 mornings a week and ongoing until the end of the academic year.
Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:
- Minimum Level 2 Qualification
- UK school experience
- Ability to liaise with the class teacher
- Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
- Experience supporting children with SEN.
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children
- Experience working in an alternative provision.
