As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:
- Assisting students with Autism, ADHD, ASD, Challenging Behaviour, and SEMH.
- Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Tailoring support for pupils with individual needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Helping to implement the National Curriculum effectively.
- Building strong relationships with students and staff.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare.
- Experience as a TA in a Primary School or similar setting.
- Understanding of the National Curriculum and supporting children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Experience with children with Autism, ADHD, ASD, Challenging Behaviour, and SEMH.
