Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a new role to start in October 2024? At Flourish Education, we are recruiting for an SEND Teaching Assistant to work at one of our partner Primary Schools in Walsall. The school is highly regarded in the local community and the staff team provide a welcoming and supportive environment. 

They are looking for a Teaching Assistant with a minimum of a Level 3 Qualification to work in a year 3 class supporting chidlren on a 1:1 basis in year 3 and then a general role in the afternoon.  Prior experience of working with students with SEND is not essential but prior Teaching Assistant experience is essential.

Required skills for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification
  • Experience working in Primary and or Nursery Schools
  • Prior experience supporting students with SEND
  • Work in conjunction with class teacher effectively
  • Ability to contribute to safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.

Working as a SEND Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
