This secondary school with a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, has strong community values and is looking for a Spanish teacher to join their vibrant FML department for their Key Stage 3 and 4 Students.
As this is a long-term supply teacher role, you will be expected to plan lessons, mark work and attend staff meetings as well as:
- Teach throughout KS3 and KS4.
- Planning, marking, and assessment required.
- Comply with the school behaviour policy.
- Reporting pupil progress against targets/action plans
- Build relationships with the pupils, parents, and staff.
Required skills and experience for the Spanish Teacher role
- Must be a specialist in the subject.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must have the relevant teacher status: QTS /ECT’s (formerly NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to manage a classroom with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
- Contact references from all employment in the last 24 months.
- Previous school experience teaching Spanish.
