Day to Day Supply Teacher roles available now in Malvern! Flourish Education is looking for adaptable, committed individuals to work as a Day to Day Supply Teacher in welcoming Primary Schools across the Malvern area. This flexible role is ideal for those who want to maintain a positive work life balance without the long-term commitment of a permanent post. Whether you're an experienced Class Teacher or a newly qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role offers variety and control over when and where you work.
Job Role:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Provide effective PPA cover in a range of local Primary Schools.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and follow school policies.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with staff and pupils.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of all pupils in your care.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Ability to deliver the National Curriculum effectively.
  • Confidence working as a Class Teacher and Supply Teacher in varied school settings.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time or part-time capacity.

This Day to Day Supply Teacher position is based in Malvern, easily commutable from Ledbury, Worcester and Pershore. The schools are accessible via public transport and many offer onsite parking.
