You’ll enjoy the freedom to choose when you work, covering lessons already planned for you across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Job Role:
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons as a Class Teacher across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Cover PPA time across a range of classes in the Primary School
  • Support pupils in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create a calm and engaging learning environment
  • Build relationships with pupils and staff across the school
  • Commit to full-time, long-term work until the end of the academic year
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Experience working as a Supply Teacher, Class Teacher, or Cover Supervisor in a Primary School
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Flexibility to work in different year groups and adapt to school environments
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons and maintain positive classroom behaviour

This Supply Teacher position is in Gloucester, which is easily commutable from Hereford, Tewkesbury, Cinderford and Lydney. The school offers onsite parking and has excellent transport links from most surrounding areas.
